In 2018-2019 she served as CEO and Principal Broker of Park River Properties, Director of Residential Sales & Leasing at GAIA Real Estate, CEO of GAIA Property Management, and in 2020 was part of a national top-producing team in the country. Currently, she is the CEO of her own team in NYC - The Supernova Team - which focuses on new development sales, resales, townhouses, and multi-families in NYC, Brooklyn, and Miami.

 

As an investor herself, she easily identifies excellent investment opportunities for her clients. Her data-driven approach, friendly demeanor, sharp negotiation skills, and meticulous attention to detail, ensure seamless transactions. Her expertise includes deal origination and closings, sales management, VP of sales and management of 300+ condo units, innovative marketing and negotiation strategies, investor relations, agent management, and developer partnerships.

 

Elena's numerous accolades include recognition among Manhattan’s Top Residential Real Estate Agents by Schneps Media, a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016 for earning above $1M in commissions, and she has closed record-breaking deals, appeared on Million Dollar Listing New York, and was featured in The Real Deal after closing a $17M transaction after just 3 years in the business. She has been a Forbes Real Estate Council member and an advisory board member for several companies including StreetEasy.

 

Fluent in Russian, Elena was born in Russia and raised in Colorado. She graduated as valedictorian from the University of Colorado at Boulder, excelling in mathematics, physics, entrepreneurship, and her major classical piano. She came to New York for her solo Carnegie Hall debut and later earned a Master’s Degree from the Manhattan School of Music. A Young Patron of Lincoln Center, she enjoys concerts, fitness, dance, supporting animal shelters, and exploring the city’s dining and arts scene.
