In her previous roles, she served as the CEO and Principal Broker of Park River Properties, Director of Residential Sales & Leasing at GAIA Real Estate in New York, CEO of GAIA Property Management, and as a broker on the top-producing team at her previous brokerage. Her responsibilities have encompassed originating and closing complex deals, managing sales, and overseeing the management of over 300 individual condo units, developing innovative marketing concepts, managing agents, and collaborating closely with developers.
As an investor herself, she takes pride in her market knowledge and specializes in condo and co-op resales, new development, investment properties, townhouses, and multi-family properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Clients consistently applaud her for her data-driven approach, kind and friendly demeanor, swift responses, exceptional negotiation skills, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each transaction is as seamless as possible.
She has earned numerous accolades, including being recognized as one of the Top 5 NYC Sales Agents for 2023 at The Agency and being named among Manhattan’s Top Residential Real Estate Agents for 2023 by Schneps Media. She has received a Lifetime Achievement Award for her membership in the Million Dollar Club and has been honored for the biggest deal at LG Fairmont, among many others. Her achievements also include her appearances on Bravo TV’s hit series Million Dollar Listing NY, and she was interviewed for The Real Deal Magazine after closing a $17 Million deal. Notably, she has been a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council for the past four years.
Fluent in Russian, she was born in Russia and raised in Colorado. She graduated as the valedictorian of her undergraduate class at the University of Colorado at Boulder, excelling in mathematics, physics, entrepreneurship, and her major—classical piano performance. She came to New York for her Carnegie Hall debut in 2008 and earned her Master’s Degree from the Manhattan School of Music. A Young Patron of Lincoln Center, she enjoys attending concerts regularly. In her leisure time, she is passionate about fitness, takes dance classes, supports animal shelters, and explores the city’s fine dining establishments and museums.
